Fahad bhai and TZK please read these posts first. They are all from one grown up man that is intelligent enough to have enough money to buy 2 files of DHA 5 ext.
Please see how he is playing so innocent and trying to scare you DHA phase 5 extenssion buyers and holders enough just so he can buy YOUR DHA 5 ext files at a lower price than current price. He want to scare you all again and again (until he buys the files )so you dont buy or demand a DHA 5 ext in market it so he can have it a few lacs cheaper than current selling price. He dont care what price you paid for your DHA 5 ext file that you are holding for you or your kids and he dont care if you have bought it with your years of hard work or saving or your pension money. All he want to do to post bad things about DHA 5 ext again and again in one way or the other using many other names. What should I do with these type of people that dont stop playing these games. When I notice some hanky phanky I delete their posts. And some times I am too busy or its too late to delete the post because others good people have already posted some answers to these type of low life persons post and I dont want to break heart of innocent person answered to these low life peoples posts.
Please read this post carefully once again and dont tell me he is had files since 2004 and now scared and want to know some thing about his investment. I am not going to buy this argumernt. If any one had made investment in two DHA5 ext files in 2004 at lot higher price that could be as high as 92 lacs for some people I would never ever post this kind of garbadge BS again and again on a property website because It will only hurt my own investment. Guy is in Lahore and could have called me on phone to get answer to all questions that I may not even able to answer here online. This guy was to buy new files and is having hard time to get them and get them at lowqer price than current price. He knows time is running out for him and price is rising daily for DHA 5 ext so he is getting desperate to buy these files so have increased his posting. Just after he will buy these files every thing will be ok for him in DHA 5 ext files.
Trust me I spent many hours each week from very little time that I have to do all this work and I do it just to safeguard you from these type of cheater people and fraud developer on the web .

i want to buy two files of phase 5 ext, i have checked with few property dealers , they promised to buy me these files but after keeping me in waiting they said that it is very difficult while people holding these files of phase ext 5 do not want to sell.
1- can you arange such files for me and on what cost.
2= when is expected ballet?
3= what is future of phase 5 ext?
4= WHAT IS THE LOCATION WHERE THE PLOTS WILL BE ALLOTED.

LIKE OTHER PEOPLE I INVESTED MY ALL HARD TIME EARNED MONEY IN YEAR 2004 IN PHASE 5

AT THE TIME OF INVESTMENT I CHEKED WITH DHA AND WAS ADVISED THAT IT WILL TAKE AYEAR OR A YEAR AND A HALF I BALETING OF PHASE 5 EXT. THE SIMELER WORDING WAS GIVEN BY SOME FAMOUS PROPERTY DEALERS IN DHA.
LATER NOW DHA HAS BALLETED FOR PHASE 6 ,7 ,8 ALONGWITH ANOUNCING OTHER SCHEMS TOO. I AM UNABLE TO U/STAND WHY DHA HAS NOT DONE BALLET FOR PHASE 5 EXT.MORE. MANY MANY TIMES HAVE REQUESTED DHA TO TELL SOMETHING ON THE SAME, BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE.
MAY I REQUEST THE FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO HOLDING THE SAME ALOCTIONS,FILES TO MAKE A JOINT GROUP AND TO TAKE AN ACTION
THROUGH THE SUPREME COURT DIRECTLY AGAINST DHA, BECAUSE OF SUCH LONG LONG LONG DELAY
