I need help of CMY and viewers on following two counts:-
(1) What will be the approximate prevailing market price of a Kanal Corner plot of normal street in DHA Phase-I, P Block.
(2) What price of a normal construction can we calculate in terms of per square feet if the construction is about 9 - 10 years old.

A corner plot in P block cost about 85 lacs. 10 year Old house here will cost you 1.25 to 150 lacs. |
