current status and future prospects of I-11, I-14 and I-16 islamabad,

how is the investment in I-14/16 and any chance for I-11 occupants to leave in near future or not.
how much max time can each of these sectors take to be liveable/construction starts.

I-11 should be the best choice but unfortunately there are a lot of problems associated with it.

hmm but why I-14/16 are not attractive at this time,how is it if compared to E-16/17.
what is the min and max expected time for I-11 to be liveable, e.g. min 5 years (2 years in vacating and 2-3 years development) or about 10 years max, right?
