Brother Asad, I am owner of properties in Anchorage since ninties. This is developped nicely and for long period of time but things move at snail space there. So are the prices appreciation. There are few drawbacks which will not let the prices go up in near future i.e.
1- It is located away from Islamqabad highway
2- Living facilities are scares
3- Security is shambles
4- It is isolated

Therefore it will take minmum 5 to maximum of 10 years to be fully platable.
