I looked for 10 Merla and Kanal house in phase 1 to 4 and I confirm that most of the prices are similar or may be only 10% Less.
Just to share the experience which other seldom share I discovered in My Visit to pak about 4 months back
A Solid House of Kanal was in phase 1 demand 125 was only three bed was me in hut style may be dream house for owner but did not suit me.
Another Owner built house was also available in similar price but was lot more used may be 20 ys old. Phase 1.
!0 Merla houses in Phase 1 Mostly P Block were 75 to 80 one well construcated House was near a village exit.
In phase 3 I found one very reasonable renovated house in 85 [10 merla] Some new houses on Graveyard side were also available in 85 to 90.
Another beautiful one Kanal house in GG Block Phase 4 about 8 ys Old was available in 130 But I was not satisfied as there was texture paint everywhere so genuine condition was difficult to confirm. As a matter of fact I visited this house 3,4 times and was about to purchase.
Minimum price was of a house in phase 1 p block one in 67 single story but needs to demolish, similar house was in phase 4 EE Block in 75 EE Block 3 bed but lots of damp and Bath room leakage of top floor, was for complete demolition. Both houses and locality one 10 Merla houses in Phase 1 and 2 was pathetic not a all impressive. DHA was not visible any where. Phase 3 and 4 was lot better.
The above of Course were best prices there were lot more on unrealistic prices. |
