Dear Friends,
Please advise me the expected price for a 1 Kanal residential plot on main entrance road of Rajput Town (which is between EME & Muhafiz Town). This plot is a little deeper (~3ft from road level) and surrounded by houses.
I intend to purchase it from one of my friend.
Please give me a fair idea of price.

Rajput Town is not worth making one cror House, even if you get Plot plot 2 Lac Cheaper. Construction will cost is 65 Lac every where. Go there only if there is some special personal reason.
Neighborhood can be changed by spending few exra lacs on your home. |
