I have 30 lac and want to invest for one year...wot is the best option available....if there is much better option short of 5 to 6 lac i can arrange after 4 months...please guide

Dear Ahmad you can buy dha Lahore ph5 ext file for good shprt term return. DHA ph6,7 and 8 plots is also a good option.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket.Invest in different CDA sectors, Zone-II or Zone 5 societies.

Dear Ahmad
Give some of the money to poor / needy people and Allah will give you 10 times the amount you will spend (Best investment in short or long term meaning - Hazrat Usman Ghani R.A. did the same). Rest of the money keep for your children (as investment, as you like) and again Allah will give you 10 times more (as this is Halal income and you are spending on your family, as per Allah's order)

- If you can start business / partnership with some trusted one, you can earn more as compare to keeping investment money in idle condition. BUT if this not feasible, then for sure, rightly selected property is the safe and best investment.

Thanks for your preaching ...i have already donated some money....hope u r also doing the same...i want to invest in property as this is best buying time...i have one more option of purchasing 12 marla house in askree 5 kalma chowk jointly with my brother....how much is the price there???? can any body tell??

I am following normally this website. I do not think G13 has ever been rated as best investment. Be careful.
