Pls. advise me better option between mentioned upto range of 45 to 50 lacs to build the house or future investments.
Option is to purchase of plot in block F N & E of DHA Phase VI.
If compare the best option of above with purchase of 2 files of Phase 5 Ext which is good one both to build a house or investment.

DHA 6 is better Phase 5 Ext will be almost same as phase 9,10 only Location might be little better |

Yes DHA ph 5 Ext is same as 9/10. May be location is in starting Blocks |
