Deara Ali Khan Sb., The prices you have been quoted are the normal list prices of most good repute architects, but there should be room for negotiation. Secondly if you the Architect prepares all drawings in detail and you have a good contractor building the house you dont need the Architect visits at all. If there is some confusion about the drawings at any time, you can go to the Architects office with your contractor. Remember the Architect is only qualified to design the structure, make electrical, plumbing drawings etc. He is not a Civil Engineer so he cannot comment on the quality of work. Still if you want to make sure that the house is being constructed exactly as per specifications you probably can have 2 or 3 visits |
