from what I know, total land is not acquired and no development has taken place for the last many months and the many investors are very unhappy and trying to offload their plots or get their money back. |

645 acres have been acquired and 625 are in possession.
Town planners have been shortlised.There was add in all leading newspapers and Progressive who have developed phase 6 DHA AND Nespak
pahse 8 would be developing the master plan.
In june balloting would be held and royal palm has been awarded contract for 1200 acres gold course.
