Dear CMY sb,
Kindly advise on the following :
a)When will DHA be able to complete out and hand over Phase 7 for construction?
b) After Phase 7, where will they head to : Phase 8 or Phase 5 Ext?
Would appreciate your valueable comments on this.

Few Blocks Of DHA 7 can be handed over with in one year. Other Blocks may take more time. m
More time is taken in possession of land than actual development work.
It is difficult to say when DHA will start phase 5 ext or phase 8 they can start even now , Phase 6,7 have nothing to do with it. |

DHA phase 7 plots in R S Q T U could be handed over today if DHA Lahore want to give possession to you. My guess is these blocks will be handed over in Mar 2011 at the earliest and at max by Dec 2011 Insha Allah. Other blocks may take 1 to 2 years time.
I think DHA 8 might be next in development because its already balloted and people are paying installments.
