These are old houses and prices depend upon state of House and if recent good renovation done or not.
Hence Prices vary from 80 to 95

As per my info these start from 90 and go up-to 115, But If I recall most are 14 Merla, there may be some smaller houses off site or on boundaries. Usually only few are on sale and Transfer to civillains is not only difficult and time consuming but also expensive, I recall 6 Lac a yr ago but not sure about that.
Due to lot of limitations and of course poor quality of Construction I think Garden Town Faisal Town and Model Town ext are Much better Options. |

As compared to Askari-5, New Garden Town is better option to buy/construct house. |
