I am intending to buy a house(4 marla)16 lacs in awan market(marghzar colony) ferozepur road Lahore. Would you or any one else please list down the steps for me(buyer) for safest possible transaction(purchase). What things i need to be careful about. I am intending to pay the token soon. Also what is commission and responsibilities of property dealer. Kind answer these question for my and many others like me for better understanding. Or if there is already such a post it can be refered.
