I want to know one thing about Bahria Town, there are few plots available which they claim these would be directly transfer from Bahria Society and there will not be any transfer fee etc. Can anyone advice me with this, if it is not a scam.
Pay Order will be made in the name of Bahria Town, and the allotment letter will be received after couple of days.Then one can apply for possession and that will be given in a week time.
Is it all that simple?? And Bahria will not ask for any fee or anything and possession will be given. All will be happen in one lump sump price.
Can anyone please help me with this??

These plots are geniun without no issues. As they are directly transferred from behria so you will be first owner of the plot and there are less chances of frauds. Such plots are reletively cheap due to the absence of transfer charges. |

No CVT on Property directly purchased from developers, it is applied only on resale ie Transfers, I am not sure about stamp duty. |

Thanks brother Jameel, all said and done it appears that if i purchase this deal, I'll be paying only the actual amount and thats all. There will be no TAX to be paid to government and no charges to be paid to Bahria society while taking the possession. Am i right? |

Every time Bahria town need some cash in hurry they sell these mostly canceled plots via some selected dealer in market at lower price than their going market rates. I direct allotment letter is given to purchaser with no transfer costs. Dealers are happy from gains from discounted prices. Buyers are happy they dont have to pay transfer costs and that their savings. Bahria is happy to get much needed cash in hurry to pay for salaries in a time when no one want to pay installments and new projects are hard to sell.
