Can you please tell me some investment option in DHA, my budget is 33 lacs Max.
Actually I'm confused between Phase 5 extention, Phase 7 and Phase 8.
Please solve my problem.

On ground ready plot in T or U blocks of DHA Lahore phase 7 will be best option for this 33 lacs budget.

What abt Phase 8, why Phase 8 V,X and Y blocks' price is cheaper than other blocks. |

Farooq bhai you will insa Allah be able to start construction in DHA 7 these blocks within year 2011.
Y block of DHA Lahore phase 8 is 40 to 50 feet deep from ring road road level and Y has villages on three side and 40 to 50 feet high ring road on fourth side. Area is very suitable for a motorcycle race track and not good for making a house there.
