Pls. help me to chose best option between Plot near Q 102 V/S plot near U 150 to build house and investment option as wel.
Also share how much difference in prices of both plots, i mean value of these plots.

Q 102 is better Located But Check on ground that land is clear ie Road etc is made or Not about worth CMY can guide you |

I am sorry its my mistake. I wanted to ask the value of corner plot in N block Phase-6. Somebody quoted the price as 50 lacs. Is it according to the market prices ? Mr. check, Kindly Check. |

U is much better than Q for making your house. It's a very clean block very far away from any village or other negative point. Plus Phase 7 has been extended and the current U block will soon be in middle of phase 7 rather than at lower edge. |

I shall disagree with DHA Blocks are not isolated entities with Boundaries Most of Plots of R and S Block are closer to pengali Village than 1/2 of Q Block [if you measure the distance]. U Block is away from Pengali village but other encroachments of V and W Block are Closer to it.
S Block has encroachment well inside
R Block has graveyard, and very Close to Village.
After possession many things will unfold I agree that Plots of Q and P and N Block which are very close to village will be bad investment but Plots distant from village Like 102 is not bad Option, In reality many good Location plots in Q Block are available in less price than T and U Block |
