In Gulshan-e-Roomi plots are available in 120 Sq Yards, 133 Sq Yards, 240 Sq Yards, 400 Sq Yards, 600 Sq Yards & 1000 Sq Yards in residential category & in commercial category plots are available in 100 Sq yards & 200 Sq Yards. Demarcation, Sewerage, plantation & plotting, Water connection is already done.
