I need clear and honest comments to some of my reservations on Central Park (CP) lahore from all expert, experienced and knowledgeable brothers, please.

1. What is the exact status of CP with LDA?
2. Why don't they ask for CVT & Stamp Duty? And what would be the cost for 10 Marla and 1 Kanal Plot?
3. What's the exact status of the society - heard that in some of the blocks they have acquired land but in most of the blocks they have NOT acquired land and people who invested on those certain blocks are waiting painfully, for years, for the "Possession" of their plots?
4. Is it safe to start construction on a "Possession-Plot" without obtaining Registry?
5. Can they do something wrong with the plots without Registry?
6. What's the status of CP Block-G 1-Kanal Double Strips facing Park and parallel?
