It seems very interesting to be a part of discussion regarding real estate in Lahore, Well i want to ask one question! since i'm a salaried person and you know have very limited savings, can anyone direct me to get a cheap plot any where in decent locality with immediate hope to build a house on it. I mean, Johar Town area or any other allied locations.
Hope to get better idea from you guys...

Well thanks for response, My budget is Rs. 7-8 Lac but you are right that the above locations are getting expensive gradually. Can you guide me about State Life Phase II, i have heard that it will take 4-5 years more to be developed but its seems safe investment. One can get 10 Marla Plot for 6-7 Lac, isn't it.
Please advice..

Please for God's sake give honest advice, i am living in Military accounts society and have no sewerage, no proper security, not approved by LDA and most of the plots are occupied by the Fraud Molveee samiulhaq group. |
