I am also interested in this plot,
From the map, there are only three high power lines in e16 that are on main roads (north roads1,2) far away from street 28.
Dont know about the leveling but i think it is the responsibility of society, right?

just for price idea: i sold my 35x70 plot in street 6 for 12.50 lac all clear. sold to deal point f-10 markaz.

Location of plot sold by Mr. Nabeel"s in Street 6 is very good.
My assessment was considering the plot near street 27;in Layout Plan street 28 is not mentioned.
Once again i admit that i cannot provide accurate rates.

Plot is in Street 28 which comes before street 6, while street 27 is at the end, very far from this.
When you reach the first main chowk (where main boulevard is on the right side) just turn left and the first street is 28 i.e. in front of the mosque and park.

Yes st 28 is not in Layout Plan. Sellers and interested buyers may try to collect new layout plan and post here.

Street 28 exists in both old and new layout plan. The location of this street is not changed in the new layout, only the plot sizes are changed. I have personally seen the new layout in the cabinet division society office. They have not released it yet but you can go and check it in their office upon insisting.
