Buying One Kanal Corner Plot in Valencia/Wapda Town,

Assalam O Allaikum
I am a overseas Pakistani. I am interested to purchase one Kanal corner residential plot in Valencia/Wapda Town, Lahore. I shall be thankful if any gentle man can forward detail of suitable plots for sale along with the Transfer Procedure in Valencia/Wapda through e-mail.
Can I give Power of Attorney to my brother/brother in law in Pakistan (duly attested from Pakistani Consultate) to buy plot in my name. Have you any idea?

I am also an overseas and i was also interested to buy plot in Valencia. No doubt, it is very beautifull and i fully recommend. I searched more than a year in valencia for a 1 kanal cornor plot. Most of the agents dont have plots. One plot you will find with many agents or property dealers. Let me tell you the truth most of the attractive plots belonged to overseas pakistani. They come in the market, check market price and then disappear and left you in agony. Dealers or agents wont let you bargain and always tell you bargain is only 50,000 not more.
