For this budget, you can invest in Bahria town phase 8, Soan garden, may be find a plot in CBR.

Also you can look in Zone II, Mian nadeem can help you beter

Try Zaraj Housing in Zone-5, you may be able to get 10 marla plot. Buy today, build today.

Thanks Khan sahab for valuable advise, If I increase my budget to 15 lac Can I get 10 marla in E16/2/3, DHA II, or I16/2/4 Please evaluate them, Also waiting for respected Mian Nadeem,s million dollar advise.

Zone-5 having CDA NOC.

Zone-5 Zaraj recommended by Mr.Khan is very good. Best after
Bahria 1-6 and DHA-II in Zone-5.

For Zaraj i cant find any plot for sale on anywebsite, what is the average price of a 10 marla plot ?

Call Haseeb Raza at , he works for Zaraj and sit onsite. There are some available on installments (one year).

@@@ Purchase 25*40 or 25*50 old house in G-8,G-9,G-10,G-11 and renovate it in Phases when u have some money. Or purchase 25*50 plot in D-12 & construct house.
