Dear Brother i need guaidline, i have 18 Lakh budget and want to buy 1 Kanal plot for 8 to 10 year term investment in lahore.

Phase 5 can be a good option if you able to pay Due development charges at time of Ballot, The plots best gain their value after possess Experience of DHA 7,8 is showing that there are significant number of people want to exit and dont want to pay installments this puts pressure in Market.
