Experts,
I have a 50 x 90 ft plot in islamabad area, the topography there is bit different to that in punjab where you have level plots most of the time.
I have a question and need suggestion from builders/civil engineers:
There is a difference of 2'6" from one end of the plot to the other along the width and there is a difference of 5' from the back to the front along the length of the plot.
I personally do not want to make a basement, what are the options / best practices to take for constructing a double story house on the plot.
