I am allotted a corner plot in DHA-8 against allocation file and paying the installment in time, The letter I have received from DHA says the allottee have to pay 10% extra if having a corner.
I wanted to know is this 10% of development charges OR 10% of the total cost of plot :h

In case of allocation file owner pays 10% extra of development charges.
In case of new booking installments plot its 10% extra for booking price of 55 lacs.
