I think it is not applicable, but the problem can easily be avoided if you mention correct selling amount or little more than actual on registry.
In past people used to write only 1/2 or 1/3 amount on Deed and registry Just to save Court fees. As soon as information used to be leaked by some one that Registry amount is very less, Shufa right holder would jump in and force the seller to surrender property in his right and pay him amount. |
