please can anybody tell me, is awt phase 2 good for 5 year investment plan, my budget is 15 lakh. i need commercial plot. please give me guaidline.

AWT 2 Lahore seems to be good society. Since I have a residential plot there, 1 year back I was also interested to buy a commercial plot on main boulevard, but at that time no plot was available for sale except on the back. Its cost was around 13 lakh for about 3 marlas. As I was short of time, I could not materialize the deal. You can visit the society and there is a plaza on the main boulevard built by a property dealer and he sits there. Good luck! |
