Chinar Bach is an old scheme approc 16 KM form Raiwind road close to Lakeview and opposite Bahria Orchird, it is developed society with below aveage infrastructure, Mostly Kanal and 2 Kanal plots ready for possession. Very Low Priced.
The down sides are it is having loose administration. There had been couple of Qabza incidents with some buyers, this is not a society for overseas that you buy and forget and have peace of Mind that Investment is growing, Rather you will have to make possession sure Making some boundary and keeping some Guard etc
Once I was considering a 2 Kanal plot for establishing a small Cottage Industry type of Unit but it was not possible staying abroad. If you intend to Buy the buy closer to Raiwind Road so that you can grab Basic facilities directly pulling from Raiwind road Like own wire Own gas pipe etc. If You are overseas Investor and like that area then better buy in lake view if you have budget in less budget the options are AWT, I Think in some good society a bad Location plot is better than Chinar Bagh
