CAN YOU PLS ADVISE PRESENT STATUS OF PHASE 5 EXT ALSO LET ME KNOW APROX TIME OF BALET,WHAT WILL BE ONE KANAL PLOT PRICE AFTER BALET?

there is no time frame of balloting of phase5 ext.because there is litigation in phase5 ext and matter is in court.may be it will take six months or may be 20 years. |

mr babar if u r asking from me as i told already that there is no time frame for phase 5 ext ballot.may be if u sale out ur file after few time of selling ur file ballot might be done or may be it will take long time.so it is at chance and if u want to take chance then it is ok but if u can not wait then in my opinion u should buy dha8 parkview one canal file.ballot is confirmed withen this year insha Allah.location is unknown yet but dha has enough place to accomodate parkview files.may be it will go in dha7 or may be in 9,10 and 75 percent chances are in dha8.rest Allah knows better.
please do more work before taking any decision and also take advise from cmy sahib and other brothers. |
