I'm interested to buy 10M plot in Bahria Rawalpindi in sector B or C for my home. I have 14 lakhs now. what would u advice and importantly how much time u think these phases will take to fully developed?

For 14 lacs it would make good sense to buy in B or C as possession is available and an odd one or two houses are already being constructed there. There is a lot of construction going on in that general area, particularly the Safari Valley blocks, as these would be the first to be populated followed by blocks like B, C and others.
I think for block B or C to be liveable or buildable you are still looking at about 3 years, although you can build any time that you like. The video below is a few months old but you can see some of the developments that are taking place in that general area.
