Dear Brothers, i have 15 lakh cash and i want 1 kanal plot for 5 to 7 years plan. please advice me which is the best at this amount and will be developed/populated max upto 7 years.

Go for I.E.P Engineer Town. Opposite DHA Rahbar 2.

I Strongly Recommend Only Invest In DHA Lahore Phase 9/10.
its a safe investment and maximum chance of profit.

mr ali ahad is absolutly right.dha 9,10 is best for u as u have enough time and in this time dha 9 10 will be ready to build or it will be good investment and will give u lot of money.

in this amount u can get a plot in AWT 2, i kanal, with possession, even gas is also there, and ITS READY TO BUILD. main RAIWIND ROAD. RING ROAD COMING NEAR TO IT.

Thanks a lot dears for your valueable comments as requested, as me personally like DHA, but i dont know where is location of dha 9&10, an please anybody can tell me what is price for 1 Kanal plot in 9&10, and anybody from UAE want to sale please contact me.

DHA 9 & 10 only file is there.every time thing are chaning there.I have big dot of location on the whole it will cost you 50 lac inculding development charges.i suggest get only for real plot if u have 1 or 2 million. if u have 50 million then buy files and play on it.

State Life 2. I Kanal file can be obtained at Rs. 7.5-13 Lac. Best investment for future.
