I am looking to buy a plot in DHA 6 BLOCK C for construction purpose..can you please tell be the value of plots near Avenue 6 opposite block A,
Also if you can update me on the ring road, will the completion of ring road have any impact on the commercial value of the plots near to interchange...
People say that block âKâ will have more value due to its proximity to gold course but i came to know that Golf course has been blocked by DHA with boundary wall, is it true?
I do not live in Pakistan, therefore would request an honest and candid opinion from the experts like you.

C block in Phase 6 might become somewhat like Y block in Phase 3 of DHA with nearby commercial area, school, mosque, park etc. Since prices are not that high in this block, it might be a good place to invest or build house. |

I dont live in Pak but by just looking at the map I feel A block would be best but only because of high price I felt C would be affordable and yes in addition to what observor had mentioned C block has a direct access from the first round about after interchange.
