I am staying out of Pakistan and planning to come back for 10 days. I am interested to purchase a property in LDA Avenue 1.
I need your sincere and experienced advise, is it possible to complete documentation for ownership transfer in one 7 to 10 days ???

If You have already finalized property and papers are already been processed ie Transfer set is submitted, then it is possible otherwise it will take min 3 weeks.
Process is like this
1 Finalize purchase Biana Token etc.
2. seller submits application in LDA that I want to sell this property and Pls bring my file from record room.
3. hen file comes it is reviewed by officer if all OK then it is sent to Computer section for issuance of Challan form.
4. After they issue Challan form then they will tell you to pay transfer fees and Purchase stamp papers equivalent to stamp duty.
5. There must be similar papers for CVT and that will be submitted to state bank [when i purchased in LDA it was not applicable on 10 Merla but now it is there]
6. After completing all fill the transfer set and submit to office.
They will issue a token which will mention a date for transfer.
Go on the date of transfer and you will get letter in few days.
You might be interested what happened in my case after completing all formalities in about a month the plot was transferred in my name. But after one year it was discovered that the Plot does not exist. It was clear in LDA 2005 record but after that record was not updated and plot was not under possession of LDA rather on litigation area.
I am thankful to owner he paid my money back and I lost only transfer expenses and time etc. |

AoA: Is it possible that I can transfer polt in my name in LDA schecme, with out travelling pakistan. Some one told me that it is possible.Is it true?. Thanks for your earlier reply. |

@ Tariq No best of my knowledge, If ou issue Mukhatar Nama to some one that may be possible. But Now LDA is strongly discouraging as most old frauds were on Mukhtar Namas |
