Processing time to purchase a file in DHA phase 9.,

What is maximum processing time for transfer of owner ship for DHA phase 9 file.

All time is spent making the deal and getting hold of seller DHA takes 3 days if you pay urgent fees, other wise one week more some dealers say transfer is possible in one or 2 days.
I Got a plot in 3 days only for that NDC [No due certificate was needed and some installments were short] but 9,10 I dont think ant NDC is needed.

jameel why r u making things complicated, its a 3 day process and ofcourse NDC is needed in every dha transaction, if a person has an NDC already than one can get transfer in 1 day.
