Regards. I live in UAE.I am going to request your countable opinion on the following.
1-I want to purchase a 1 k plot @ pkrs.50 lacs (with 20 % tolerance) somewhere at a nice place for my home.No specific area in my mind but only security, less noise pollution and quality of living is priority. House construction can be started with in 2 years.
2-How you compare DHA with Bahria town??
3-why Bahria is expensive than DHA..?
4-What you say about sukhchayn gardens.
Your opinion will be highly appreciated.

Dear Khalid,
I am sure that CMY will provide his best opinion. Just a clarification that rates in Bahria are less as compared to DHA. You can view plots for sale in both socities on this website and it will clarify you more on this.

You may have a look on 800 yard plot in Fazaia. Ring road newly inaugurated section will make it much convenient for future. |

Living presently in UAE, do you want to have the house for own family living or are you to have flexibility of good rental?
DHA provides better location and better rental options. The value of your property will be another consideration. DHA has better potential.
DHA phase 6 and 8 are ideally located as compared to Sukh Chain,Bahria and Fazia.
If I was in your position, I will look for a good Real Estate company and trust them with the shortlisting of plots in DHA Phase 6 and even 8. Kind regards |

I am still waiting for a rsponce from mr.CMY.i want to make house for my own living.but as for i heard sukhchayn and bahria is better as per security ,higyne and polution point of view.I will appriciate vto mr .CMY and all other experts if they recomend few socities for a person who will be migrated from abroad to pakistan.thanks. |
