Adeel replied on Sunday, March 6, 2011 05:10 AM  How about enlarging foyer area so that it becomes your TV/family room with kitchen entrance. Present family room may be reduced to third bed room or study room.

Saeed Chaudhry replied on Sunday, March 6, 2011 01:34 PM  02 beds at ground floor is good option, I suggest - Make Family Romm entrance door sliding as it will be closed occasionally - NO door between dining & kitchen - Move kitchen & dining doors close to each other so that youn can enter dining via family room as it would be more practical for use - Please create patio in Foyer for light in Family room Wish u good luck
