I just rearranged doors and stairs only.
I think wall thickness has not been includd in drawing.

i think you are wasting space at Foyer by putting a wall between Family room & Foyer. Besides family room is too big compared to bedrooms.

At least one bed room size should be little bigger ( master bed) and you should put the bed-1 bath at left corner. Bed-1 will be extended to right side, also the waste space between bed-1 & 2 will be utilized. my raw opinions, if u don't like just ignore :p

Also the dining room entrance is at weird place, It should be next to Family door entrance.

Do you think 13x10.5 feet kitchen will suffice? I think you cannot accomodate a counter with these dimensions. Please do get it checked. Rest is no doubt very well arranged.

A 3 feet wide patio in family room will make this nice layout an ideal design for a 35x70 feet plot.
Could you kindly send me this design & any other good design at

As a space utilzation is nice design but with out windows in Family Room & Foyer not good. sCan be creat by making some area open bet Famliy room & Fore like 3' x 5 ' (as duct opening) . Before cconstruction on this desin just consult wihy any Engineer/ Architect. Expnses little anount on desin will be more benefit.
