There are two parties working with the name of Eden. In the past they were one group but due to conflict of interest they broke into two. Now they are working as:
1- Eden Housing
2- Eden Developers
This project Eden Boulevard, Eden Residentia, etc are advertised by Eden Housing and they have the bad reputation. They are selling on project with many names and people get deceived due to name of Eden which in past, have been a success symbol.
On the other hand Eden Developers started their project on Bedian Road. Up to my information Eden Developers are far better than Eden Housing.
Commenting on the overall problems in Properties, I will say that unless the affected people jointly go to court and stage demonstrations against all culprit housing societies, the circumstances shall not change. |
