what is the best investment in islamabad property for 3 million rs.
both from investment point of view and long term living point of view.

Best investment in islamabad property.. G-15, G-16, F-15, E-16, E-18, PAF Tarnol etc.. Alot of activities are underway.. When one turns towards west at Tarnol railway crossing one can see how much commercial activities.. same when going toward sangjani toll plaza.. G.T road.. motorway interchange.. affordable in Rs.3 millions...Bright future... Great changes in this part for the last 10 years... explore this area by yourself...

I agree with comments of Sajjad Malik , in 5-10 years the whole area will be the busiest area of Islamabad/Rawalpindi/Taxila.
