What is price of 1 Kanal plot in AWT2 Lahore. What is procedure to transfer.
Is it good for future investment.
Please anyone can give idea.

it starts from 13lacs to 22 lacs. transfer is from their isb head office, abt 70 thousand /kanal. with all taxes etc. in this price bracket u ll have a plot ready to build (with possession) even with GAS facility available. ring road coming rite near to it. in some plans an interchange also coming near ADDA PARK area which is rite near to it on raiwind road.
so far its best on raiwind road. got some plots for sale too.

you mean transfer is only at isb office not in lahore. so its difficult to go there with owner etc.

What you think is it good for future investment.

its a good future investment, because on raiwind road this society holds the best prices with possession and GAS availability and good strong ownership(AWT) and RING ROAD interchange is a plus to it and then so far politically due to NAWAZ SHARIF`s residence near to it, this area holds importance security wise and roads. Hospital and school near to it is also a plus and MOST OF ALL, RAPID GROWTH IN THAT RAIWIND ROAD SIDE
u can also ask from MR CMY for better views.

i THINK IT IS THE BEST POSSIBLE OPTION THAT YOU CAN GET IN SUCH A PRICE. IT IS VERY VERY SECURE FOR INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTING A HOUSE. IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE THE PRICES ARE EXPECTED TO SHOOTUP IN AWT.
