DHA Phase VI block C as Future phase III Y block,

Dear experts, how do you see DHA phase VI-Block C as Futrue Y block of Phase III? Moreover how do you see Phase VI-Block C in comparison with Phase VIII commercial?

For various reasons, there is great probability that Phase VI block C CCA would be something like Y block of Phase III. As far as DHA Lahore Phase 8 is concerned, there appear to be several drawbacks as mentioned by CMY in his earlier posts and one has to visit the area to get a correct feel of the ground situation; surrounded by villages, huge pits in 1/3 of the area, would require many years to develop, ring road access at interchange near Phase VI etc. All these points can only be understood when one visits the area, therefore, I agree to the point given above.

Last year, I visited pakistan and bought a plot in phase VI-Block C. I was also interested in another plot in phase VIII. But to my surprise I noticed high ranked or high price blocks are those which are linked to phase VI. This is what confuses me plus lack of time i postpose my 2nd plot purchase. With this in mind I ask the question.
