Regarding Growth of price in DHA phase 5 would someone describe How price has grown in Last 4 ys For all categories/sizes like Kanal, 10 Merla and 5 Merla.
Same Model I want to apply for DHA 6,7 as Construction status of DHA 5, five ys back was almost same as DHA 6 is today. And Location was also criticized in similar way.

Shahid Khan Sahib would you explain your comment that what was price in DHA 5 in 2007,2008,2009,2010 I understand that In 2007 last quater Property Bottomed every where and Now it is Growing slowly at various Paces in different areas. |
