Can you please guid me where shud i purchase a 10 marla plot where to build a house within next 2 to 3 years. My budets is 16 to 19 lakhs Pak Rupees.

Nicely explained but why is it that Bahria Town Secto B or C has not been included in either of the categories.Bahria Sector B is fully developed and very much liveable, whereas Sector C can be declared as non liveable though partially developed.Correct me if i am wrong. |

yes Bahria Town can be considered as well, if distance is not a problem. I will recommend Sector C, because it is cheap as compared to Sector B. Since you want to make house within 2-3 years therefore the not-home-making charges will not be a problem.
