Dear friends This is the only housing scheme in Lahore that have 100% land in hand before they launched project. This is the only scheme that is doing this much development work even when though most people have not even reached the 50% due installments amount. This is the only scheme where nearly 100% people are paying their installments on time because they can see their money is put to work for them.This is only scheme where owners laid their houses brick and can follow progress of their houses. Perfectly designed houses that are progressing towards the completion with the best possible materials at very rapid speed. Many developers use good materiel but save money by hiring low paid unskilled contractors. The results is very ugly looks of floors and other finishes. But Divine houses have superb finishing because they keep close eye on these fine details. We are looking forward to see 100s of families moving into these houses during next 9 to 12 months.

These Divine Gardens Lahore houses are in a gated guarded housing project that are on easy installments and due to the top location of any other in Lahore they are a good bargain at current low prices with a choice of payment in easy installments.

Very well said CMY! I would second you on that! One of the best private housing societies of Lahore and its locations is very good too! I wish I could have booked a 10 marla house at the time when it was launched. Anywayz congrats to all those who have allotments in the best society of Lahore!

Dear Sir, you can buy 10 Marla house in the resale. Please call Mr. Adil Saeed at 0322-4009766 or 0300-4009766. He can arrange a house for you in reasonable price. You might have to pay some premium for most locations which varies from 1 to 10 Lacs depending on the location of house and its booking price. Generally the less the booking price, the better the location (due to first come first served basis) and the more the premium.

Most of the 10 Marla houses houses were sold in prelaunch between 78 Lacs and 85 Lacs. At launch in January 2010 very few locations were left which were sold between 87 and 90 Lacs. Now the resale price is between 85 and 90+ Lacs depending on location. Good location are hard to avail as most houses are with end users planning to reside in the society once the possession is given. Possessions will be given in batches expected to start as early as December 2011 well ahead of the 3 years schedule.

Excellent,superb,marvelous,your remarks as always.I have booked 12 marla house.Did not visit last one year,but paying money.thanks v much for beautiful pics.One my friend visited recently and gave remarks as u said.AL HAMDO LILLAH ,ALLAH gave me power to ,make right decision and LRE input also helped.
