Architects is ok.
Alhmara is less than ok.

LDA Avenue is a new johar town in making. Good location, bit cheap compared to others. And it can't be trusted.
Fazaia is a very good option for investment in this area.

Chinar Bagh, Bahria Orchard is end of raiwind road. It will take 20 or more years to get populated.

From Johar Town expo center, it takes average around 10 minutes or may be less and more depending upon traffic to reach lda avenue1. Like I say, LDA Avenue cant be trusted. Its all luck if u get a hassle free plot or not. |
