Dear All,
I want to construct a foundation of my plot in lahore. Can somebody please tell me that what will be the estimated cost of labor + material for constructing foundation of 3.5 marla plot size 15 X 52.

It should approximately cost you around 2.50 to 3.20 lacs of rupees under normal conditions. This includes cost of material plus the total labor charges.
However, it is subject to the building requirements as well. The required depth of foundation and the soil condition plays important role in the overall calculations. |

Dear Sir, perhaps u r not aware of market rates of building material. Explore the market and u will see yourself. The amount I told u is quite conservative. It includes cost of labor for digging trenches/furrows, complete brick / stone work, DPC and back filling.
Better contact some contractor to get better estimated amount. |
