Dear Mr. CMY, I want to buy 1 Kanal plot file in dha phase 9, please guaid me how can i buy while staying abroad in Abu Dhabi, and totally how much it will cost me now and how much round (rough) development charges/ other charges whould be asked after word by dha.

DHA Lahore phase 9 is available at Rs 14.75 at this moment. Transfer cost paid to DHA and Govt are rs 1.16 lacs. We charge 1% amount as commission. Later after ballot you will pay 10 to 12 lacs as development charges in 3 years in installments. You can buy and get file transferred in DHA Lahore without traveling to Pakistan. We will need 2 pictures and NIC or NICOP copy and foreign visa or foreign passport copy. You can send these via email to Lahorerealestate@gmail.com
