I have noticed through your web that there has been reasonable rise in the aloction,file of phase 5 ext.
can you pls give your valuable views on the subject.
Is this phase going to be balleted soon? pls comment.

There is no time table available for DHA Lahore phase 5 extensions but location is great. On one side Lahore ring road interchange we have DHA Lahore phase 5, 2nd side there is DHA 8 proper, 3rd side DHA Lahore phase 6 and 4th side you got DHA Lahore phase 5 extension and Askari 11. People dont want to buy this only because its the file that is due for more time for ballot than other phases. The buyers say location is good so no matter when they get plot. They say It will be worth a lot more than current 35 lacs for all dues clear plot (23 lacs + 10 to 12 lacs as development charges that will paid in 3 years installments).
At this price it is 10 times better investment DHA 7 W V X Y Z undeveloped blocks and better than even few DHA 8 blocks like X or S that have villages or grave yards in them. |

Dear CMY sir, Is Phase 5 ext. not going to be like DHA 8 Y block in terms of its location? (i.e. closer to the ring road and phase 5, 6 and 8). and the price of Y block is not very good. |

May be location of Phase 5 Ext is worse than Y block of DHA 8. Because right now that piece of land is more deeper than ph
