Dear all,
I want to know what are the current prices of plots ( 25x40, 25x60 and 30x60) in I-11 and I-12 sectors.And what are the situations of these sectors, means upto when the development will be going to start.How much time will take to start building of house in these sectors. Please inform.
If someone knows or have, please mention the plots to sale with price

i am also looking for the same but i dont know why people are not taking much interest in these sectors specially I-11. |

its hard to get plot in that area as ppl are holding for a nice time.after budget CDA will start development work of i-11 sector and complete it in one year. They have done sewerage system so far only need to drive blade on it to make level ground.Now a days CDA is doing operation in this sector against encroachment which will help to boost prices that y ppl are not selling plot in that area. |

People don't talk about I-11 or 12 only because from investment point of view they see a bleak future of these two sectors. |
