What are the future potententails for Bahria town lahore Sector C commerial plots. Is it worth to buy plot there. Is there any plans to extend baharia ahead of Jamaia Mosque. What rental value could be expected from a 5 merla commerical plot.

Kindly also advise any plans about development/construction of British University shown in the map of Sector "C" of Bahria Town Lhr. With a Medical College & a British University in the vicinity Bahria Town Sector "C" will be a great place to live in. |

janiper block under expension. some land purchased by BT but extensive extension not possible yet. there are many plaza for rent in BT. visit and ask rent they demand. you will get real rental value with repect to location. in future it will increase aqs development is in full swing. |

The future prospects of BT are very bright due to following factors.
- Newly constructed doble lane road from Thoker to BT is of supreme quality which enhanced the overall out look of all societies on canal road.
- Developement & infrastructure of BT can be compared with any society including DHA
- Residencial & commercial constructions in sector-c are at their full boom.
- Jamia Mosque main structure is near completion and it looks so huge to be compared with any best one in Lahore.
- A big hotel is under construction along with Bahria club.

many property dealers who were working near commercial plaza bahria town have purchased commercial plots(5-marla &8-marla)to shift their offices. due to which the rates of commercial plots sector-c has been temporarily increased. so be careful about purchasing the commercial plot in sector-c plots. |
